Këto Terma Reference janë lëshuar nga IRCA në kuadër të Programit të Përbashkët të OKB-së “Mos të Lëmë Askënd Pas” (LNB3), të mbështetur nga Agjencia Zvicerane për Zhvillim dhe Bashkëpunim (SDC) dhe të zbatuar nga UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF dhe UN Women, në partneritet me Qeverinë Shqiptare. Programi synon të fuqizojë personat vulnerabël në Shqipëri duke promovuar akses të barabartë në shërbimet dhe mundësitë publike, duke forcuar pjesëmarrjen dhe zërin e tyre në proceset e vendimmarrjes publike që ndikojnë në jetën e tyre dhe duke rritur llogaridhënien e bartësve të detyrave.

These Terms of Reference are issued by IRCA in the framework of the UN Joint Programme “Leave No One Behind” (LNB3), supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, and UN Women, in partnership with the Albanian Government. The programme aims to empower vulnerable persons in Albania by promoting equal access to public services and opportunities, strengthening their participation and voice in public decision-making processes affecting their lives, and enhancing accountability of duty bearers.
