Instituti i Kulturës Rome në Shqipëri (IRCA) publikon Raportin mbi Zbatimin e Politikave Publike për Komunitetet Rome dhe Egjiptiane në Shqipëri, i cili mbulon periudhën janar 2025 – mars 2026. Raporti është përgatitur në kuadër të projektit rajonal të financuar nga BE-ja, “Përtej Barrierave: Rezilenca e Romëve në Ballkanin Perëndimor”.
Raporti ofron një vlerësim të pavarur mbi zbatimin dhe ndikimin e politikave të përfshirjes së romëve në Shqipëri, duke u përqendruar në fusha kyçe si punësimi, strehimi, shëndetësia, arsimi, regjistrimi civil, mbrojtja sociale dhe antigjipsizmi. Ai evidenton progresin, identifikon boshllëqet dhe sfidat e vazhdueshme, si dhe ofron rekomandime që synojnë forcimin e llogaridhënies institucionale dhe avancimin e përfshirjes e pjesëmarrjes së barabartë të komuniteteve rome dhe egjiptiane.

Shadow Report on the Implementation of Public Policies for Roma and Egyptian Communities in Albania
The Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA) publishes the Shadow Report on the Implementation of Public Policies for Roma and Egyptian Communities in Albania, covering the period January 2025 – March 2026. The report was prepared within the framework of the EU-funded regional project “Beyond Barriers: Roma Resilience in the Western Balkans.
The report provides an independent assessment of the implementation and impact of Roma inclusion policies in Albania, focusing on key areas including employment, housing, health, education, civil registration, social protection and antigypsyism. It highlights progress, identifies persistent gaps and challenges, and provides recommendations aimed at strengthening institutional accountability and advancing the inclusion and equal participation of Roma and Egyptian communities.
