Këto Terma Reference lëshohen nga IRCA në kuadër të projektit “Gazetaria Alternative – Sfidimi i Narrativave të Raportimit mbi Komunitetet e Margjinalizuara në Median Online”, zbatuar nga IRCA dhe mbështetur përmes projektit MEdIA–Lit, i cili zbatohet nga Qendra për Arsimin Qytetar (CCE/CGO) në partneritet me Komitetin e Helsinki-t për të Drejtat e Njeriut në Serbi (HCHRS), Komitetin e Helsinki-t për të Drejtat e Njeriut në Maqedoninë e Veriut (MHC), Qendrën e Tiranës për Ekselencë në Gazetari (TCJE) në Shqipëri dhe Iniciativën Atlantike (AI) në Bosnjë dhe Hercegovinë. Projekti financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe bashkëfinancohet nga Ministria e Zhvillimit Rajonal, Investimeve dhe Bashkëpunimit me Organizatat Jo-Qeveritare e Qeverisë së Malit të Zi.

These Terms of Reference are issued by IRCA in the framework of the project “Alternative Journalism – Challenging the Narratives of Reporting on Marginalized Communities in Online Media!”, implemented by IRCA and supported through the MEdIA–Lit project, implemented by the Centre for Civic Education (CCE/CGO) in partnership with the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia (HCHRS), the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in North Macedonia (MHC), the Tirana Centre for Journalistic Excellence (TCJE) in Albania, and the Atlantic Initiative (AI) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
