Si pjesë e projektit “Fjalët kanë rëndësi! Fjalët lëndojnë! Fjalët shërojnë!”, IRCA ka publikuar një dokument me histori suksesi që paraqesin vajza dhe gra që kanë kapërcyer barrierat gjinore dhe paragjykimet. Ky Dokument i Historive të Suksesit është prodhuar me mbështetjen e Bashkimit Evropian në kuadër të skemës së nën-granteve të Projektit “Ngrije atë” (Rise Her). Përmbajtja e tij është përgjegjësi e vetme e IRCA-s dhe nuk pasqyron domosdoshmërisht pikëpamjet e Bashkimit Evropian.
As part of the project “Words Matter! Words Hurt! Words Heal!”, IRCA has published a document of success stories featuring girls and women who have overcome gender barriers and prejudice. This Success Stories Document has been produced with the support of the European Union under the sub-granting scheme of the Rise Her Project.
