The project “Strengthening the Capacities of the Community Social Center ‘Zinxhira’ to Provide Specialized and Inclusive Services for Communities in Need in Gjirokastër” (ZINXHIRA SOCIAL RISE), implemented over a 14-month period by the Municipality of Gjirokastër in partnership with the Institute of Roma Culture in Albania, aims to transform the way social services are delivered to marginalized groups. A central component of this intervention is the development of a comprehensive training curriculum for social service providers, with a particular focus on gender sensitivity, inclusion, and cultural adaptability.
