Within the framework of the project “Expanding the reach and provision of social care services of the Balashe Social Center for children and families in need (EMBRACE BALASHE)”, this success story has been realized. The “EMBRACE BALASHE” project is being implemented by IRCA and the Municipality of Elbasan through the “EU for Social Care” sub-grant, funded by the European Union. The “EU for Social Care” program is implemented by UNICEF Albania and World Vision Albania, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
