The Institute of Roma Culture in Albania (IRCA) in partnership with the Municipality of Gjirokastër are implementing the project “Strengthening the capacities of the Zinxhira Community Social Center to provide specialized and comprehensive services to communities in need”. The call is open as part of the sub-grant “EU for Social Care”, funded by the European Union and implemented by UNICEF Albania and World Vision Albania, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
The project aims to address the challenges of marginalized communities, in order to facilitate their access to integrated services. With a focus on increasing the capacities of local staff, improving infrastructural accessibility, creating a mobile service delivery unit in rural and peripheral areas, implementing targeted intervention programs, drafting protocols, as well as conducting information and awareness campaigns.
Procurement Purpose
The Institute of Roma Culture in Albania – IRCA seeks to purchase a suitable vehicle for the provision of mobile outreach services for the Zinxhira Community Social Center in the territory of the Municipality of Gjirokastër. This vehicle will serve to transport staff and materials necessary for the social services provided by this center to communities in need, minimizing barriers to access to the services provided at the center.
