The protocol for the integration of social, health, and educational services represents a strategic and operational document aimed at guiding the organization, functioning, and standardization of integrated services in the Municipality of Gjirokastër, with a special focus on the “Zinxhira” Community Center. This document is built on the principles of human rights, child protection, gender equality, and social inclusion, and is aligned with national and international standards for service delivery.
