Instituti i Kulturës Rome në Shqipëri (IRCA) po kërkon të angazhojë një Koordinator/e për Angazhimin e Komunitetit, i cili do të mbështesë identifikimin, përfshirjen dhe fuqizimin e familjeve, fëmijëve dhe individëve në nevojë, si dhe do të kontribuojë në rritjen e aksesit në shërbimet sociale në Bashkinë Elbasan dhe zonat e tjera të ndërhyrjes së organizatës.
Pozicioni do të zbatohet në kuadër të projektit “Zgjerimi i shtrirjes dhe ofrimit të shërbimeve të kujdesit social të Qendrës Sociale Balashe për fëmijët dhe familjet në nevojë (EMBRACE BALASHE)”, që implementohet nga IRCA në partneritet me Bashkinë e Elbasanit dhe me mbështetjen e programit të Bashkimit Evropian për Kujdesin Social (EU4SocialCare), i financuar nga BE dhe i zbatuar nga UNICEF Albania dhe World Vision Albania.
Koordinatori/ja për Angazhimin e Komunitetit do të ketë për detyrë të realizojë aktivitete në terren për identifikimin e rasteve në nevojë, organizimin e aktiviteteve informuese dhe ndërgjegjësuese, si dhe mbështetjen e takimeve komunitare dhe forumeve konsultuese. Gjithashtu, do të kontribuojë në ndërtimin e bashkëpunimit me aktorë lokalë, institucione publike, shkolla dhe organizata të shoqërisë civile, si dhe në referimin e rasteve drejt shërbimeve sociale, arsimore, shëndetësore dhe të punësimit. Roli përfshin edhe mbledhjen e të dhënave nga komuniteti, dokumentimin e aktiviteteve dhe përgatitjen e raporteve periodike.

Open position for Community Engagement Coordinator in Elbasan
The Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA) is seeking to recruit a Community Engagement Coordinator, who will support the identification, inclusion, and empowerment of families, children, and individuals in need, as well as contribute to improving access to social services in the Municipality of Elbasan and other IRCA intervention areas.
The position will be implemented within the project “Expanding the outreach and delivery of social care services of the Balashe Social Center for children and families in need (EMBRACE BALASHE)”, implemented by IRCA in partnership with the Municipality of Elbasan and supported by the European Union Social Care Programme (EU4SocialCare), funded by the EU and implemented by UNICEF Albania and World Vision Albania.
The Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for conducting field activities to identify vulnerable cases, organizing awareness and information sessions, and supporting community meetings and consultation forums. The role also includes building cooperation with local stakeholders, public institutions, schools, and civil society organizations, as well as supporting referrals to social, educational, health, and employment services. The position further includes collecting community data, documenting activities, and preparing periodic reports.
