Pozicioni synon zhvillimin e programeve edukative pas shkolle (after-school program) për fëmijët në nevojë në ambientet e Qendrës Sociale “Balashe”, duke kontribuar në përmirësimin e rezultateve arsimore, zhvillimin personal dhe përfshirjen sociale të tyre.
Mësuesi i përzgjedhur do të ofrojë mbështetje në mësime dhe detyra, do të zhvillojë aktivitete edukative dhe krijuese, si dhe do të bashkëpunojë me familjet dhe stafin multidisiplinar për të siguruar një mjedis të sigurt, gjithëpërfshirës dhe mbështetës për fëmijët përfitues.

The Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA), within the framework of the project “Expansion of Social Care Services Coverage and Delivery of the Balashe Social Center for Children and Families in Need (EMBRACE BALASHE)”, invites applications for the position of Part-Time Teacher in the Municipality of Elbasan.
The position aims to implement after-school educational programmes for children in need at the Balashe Social Center, supporting their academic progress, personal development, and social inclusion.
The selected teacher will provide educational support, assist children with schoolwork, organize creative and developmental activities, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
