Instituti i Kulturës Rome në Shqipëri (IRCA), në kuadër të projektit “Zgjerimi i shtrirjes dhe ofrimit të shërbimeve të kujdesit social të Qendrës Sociale Balashe për fëmijët dhe familjet në nevojë (EMBRACE BALASHE)”, shpall kërkesën për ofertë për marrjen me qira të një automjeti të përdorur që do të shërbejë për ofrimin e shërbimeve të njësisë mobile në territorin e Bashkisë Elbasan.
Automjeti do të përdoret për transportin e stafit dhe materialeve të nevojshme për ofrimin e shërbimeve sociale në komunitet, me qëllim rritjen e aksesit të familjeve dhe fëmijëve në nevojë ndaj shërbimeve të integruara sociale.
Operatorët ekonomikë dhe individët e interesuar ftohen të paraqesin ofertat e tyre në përputhje me kërkesat teknike dhe dokumentacionin e përcaktuar në dosjen e tenderit.

Request for Quotations (Tender) for the Rental of a Used Vehicle for Mobile Outreach Service Delivery
The Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA), within the framework of the project “Expansion of Social Care Services Coverage and Delivery of the Balashe Social Center for Children and Families in Need (EMBRACE BALASHE)”, invites interested economic operators and individuals to submit quotations for the rental of a used vehicle to support the delivery of mobile outreach services in the Municipality of Elbasan.
The vehicle will be used to transport project staff and the materials required for the provision of social services in communities, contributing to improved access to integrated social services for vulnerable children and families.
Interested applicants are invited to submit their offers in accordance with the technical requirements and supporting documentation specified in the tender dossier.
