During 22 November 2017 – 28 February 2018, IRCA is implementing the project “Advocacy for providing social services at local level in Albania through CSO”. The overall objective of the proposed project is to support the development of a more active civil society at local level in Albania, participation in public debate on social inclusion and impact on policy making and decision-making processes. This project is within the framework of the “Joint Initiative to Empower Roma Civil Society in the Western Balkans and Turkey” implemented by Roma Active Albania with the support of the European Union.
