During 2011- 2018, IRCA has worked to continuing document in a decent manner Roma cultural heritage in Albania and trained various public officials ( police officers, teachers, Albanian students) in Roma identity and culture as relevant to policing and teaching.
Encouraged educated Roma youth to learn Roma language and lobby with respective authorities (Ministry of Education and Sport and Ministry of culture) to introduce the Roma language and Culture in all education level and recognize Roma culture as part of countries cultural heritage and thus give to Roma identity the dignity it deserves.
IRCA through the Cultural Mediators organized 34 Open Lectures and sessions in Universities and schools, educating with intercultural dialogue and Roma Culture.
