The “Wooden Bowl” drama came as the opening activity under the Romacted project. The Municipality of Korça, one of the municipalities selected by the European Union and the Council of Europe for the implementation of the ROMACTED Program “Promoting Good Governance and Roma Empowerment at Local Level”.
