The successful drama “The Second Abandonment” (in Albanian: Braktisja e Dytë) was organized by Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA) on April 15, 2025.
The drama, which highlights the challenges and resilience of the Roma community, was part of the Cultural Week celebrating Roma identity and heritage. “The Second Abandonment” powerfully portrays the struggles of abandonment and hope through the voices of young Roma artists. IRCA remains committed to promoting Roma culture and raising awareness through art and storytelling.
The drama “The Second Abandonment” was performed by the troupe of actors of the Institute of Romani Culture in Albania – IRCA.
