During 2014 – 2015, IRCA has been implementing the project “Sustaining the Roma youth’s Hope for a Democratic Future in Albania” funded by the USA Embassy in Tirana. In the framework of this project 10 Roma students have been supported through a 6-month fellowship program in the public administration such as (Ombudsman Office, Commissioner for anti- discrimination,Central Electoral Commission, Hygeia Hospital, Top Channel TV, Municipality of Fier and Durres etc. Lessons learned and best practices of this initiative could be further expanded by this project.
