1 September 2012- 30 May 2013 , with support of UNDP- EVLC Programme, IRCA has been implementing RomVERITAS ( roma truthfulness) project providing career advice and counseling to over 100 Roma students and graduates with assistance to apply for universities, scholarship, training, academic tutoring, job search as well as training in English. 10 Roma graduates from Tirana, Fier, Durres and Elbasan has been provided 3 months internships in the public institutions. Also several trainings have also been offered to the members of Roma Youth Parliament-RYP forum in participation in public life.
