From February to June 2015, IRCA, in collaboration with Sphinx Society and Center of Professional Courses, implemented practical trainings with university students at IRCA’s office and in the field focusing in increasing their skills on organizational management, communication, voluntarism, activity planning, etc.
At the end of the practical trainings, 46 university students received certificates of participation.
