Gjirokastra – Public Discourse. This discourse was realized as part of the initiative “Revitalization of Roma Local Mediators Structures at Local Level in Fier, Berat and Gjirokastra Municipality”, implemented by the Institute of Romani Culture in Albania and financially supported by the Albanian Small Grants Program of the US Embassy in Tirana.
The purpose of the activity was to increase and strengthen cooperation between Local Institutions in Gjirokastra, Community Mediators and Local Organizations.
The Discourse focused on sharing the expertise of Mediators, representatives of the institutions in order to build the best possible relationships to reach cooperation and to find common solutions to improve service delivery in the Municipality of Gjirokastra
During the discussions with the participants there was a positive approach by the representatives of the institutions who said they would be more responsive in the provision of services
